Tamweely and Talys Forge Strategic Partnership to Digitize Governance and Risk Management via the Global HOPEX Platform

Tamweely Financial Services announced the expansion of its strategic collaboration with Talys, a global leader in digital transformation consulting, through the signing of a new agreement to implement the advanced Bizzdesign HOPEX platform.

This step builds on ongoing joint development efforts, as Tamweely aims to achieve a qualitative transformation in its institutional structure by digitizing its Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework, in line with the highest international standards and the Financial Regulatory Authority’s direction toward enhancing technological oversight and financial stability.

Through this project, Tamweely will develop an integrated and advanced digital ecosystem for governance and risk management, based on a comprehensive centralized system for efficiently managing and monitoring risks, while strengthening the effectiveness and integration of internal control systems. This ecosystem will also enhance audit and review processes through advanced analytical tools and improve the quality and accuracy of reporting, supporting the highest levels of institutional transparency.

In turn, this digital environment will provide strong support to decision-makers by offering proactive, data-driven insights, thereby enhancing the ability to make well-informed and sustainable strategic decisions.
